It involves the synergy of different energy modalities: movements and touch similar to reflexology, acupressure, shiatsu and cranial sacral. Through out the session, Helen runs Reiki to expand the other therapies exponentially. She often uses shamanism (communication with the spirit world) to guide her with the healing. Helen works with angels, arch angels, spiritual guides and often implements energetic crystal therapy. All these modalities combine to produce a result not obtainable by any of the therapies independently. She is guided psychically by your energy to use some or all of the following therapies.
