Health insurance and benefits for individuals and businesses
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I thought it was a terrific way to be of service to people as it is very difficult to navigate the different and ever changing policies available
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I do all the service work myself. I feel my work is not about selling, but rather service. There are claims that are handled incorrectly and I save my clients time and frustration by resolving issues for them.
I also review ervery renewal personally and shop the market continually for better products and pricing.
I think the biggest difference is that I care and am in constant contact with my clients. I also offer a other products to compliment their insurance needs such as dental, disability, life insurance, annuities and long term care.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I work fram my office in Boulder, my home and and do much of my work by phone, email and fax. I have no plans for another location. I can work from almost anywhere and am rarely out of contact.

The office is located at 75 Manahattan Drive, suite 201. It is north two buldings off South Boulder Road. Turn in to the parking lot just past the wood fence around Days Hotel. Park and come up to the 2nd floor by the stairs on the south end of the building. I am the first door on the right.

all of Colorado, specializing in the Boulder and Longmont area.

I own and run the company on a day to day basis
What are your hours of operation?
I work from 7 am to to 7 pm from Monday to Friday
