How long have you been in business?
I have been serving Boulder County since we opened our doors in 1984. We rely upon the referrals from our many happy clients for our business
What is your primary product or service?
We are primarily residential lenders. We do offer small commercial loans as well
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
In 1982, when the Prime Lending Rate was 23.5% I realized that eventually rates would come down again and that I wanted to be a part of helping folks improve their situation by offering the forthcoming lower rates. Over the years we have been through several interest rate/business cycles and have helped thousands of our clients take advantage of lower rates and to get into new homes
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a very small and very personal local lender. You will only speak to me throughout your whole process. I even come to your closing to make sure that there will be no last minute problems.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We just have the one location in Boulder and we have no plans to expand to other areas. From this location we are easily able to serve all of Colorado and do lend throughout the whole State
